Every current package includes unlimited digital photos, instant sharing when connectivity allows, props, an attendant, a backdrop, a private gallery, setup and teardown, plus the listed number of Light Brite panels.

Please plan for a level 10×10-foot area and a dedicated standard 120V outlet within 25 feet. If your venue has tighter requirements, mention them with your inquiry so we can confirm the setup.

Outdoor setups depend on weather, level ground, safe electrical access and adequate overhead protection. Final approval is based on the venue and forecast.

The booth can continue capturing photos. Texting, emailing and other sharing may be delayed until a connection is available.

Private galleries are available for 90 days. Clients are responsible for downloading the files they want to keep before the link expires.

After availability and the final price are confirmed, a signed agreement and 50% non-refundable retainer reserve the date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event.

Light Brite primarily serves locations within about 25 miles of Escondido, California 92029. Other locations may be possible with an additional travel quote.

The designated school administrator receives the password-protected gallery first for review. The school manages participant permissions and decides what may be distributed.
