Package prices and inclusions on this website are provided for planning. Availability, delivery distance, venue requirements, custom requests and the final price must be confirmed in writing.
Inquiries are not reservations
Sending an availability request does not hold or reserve a date. A date is reserved only after the rental agreement is signed and the required 50% non-refundable retainer is received.
Payment timing
Unless the signed agreement says otherwise, the remaining balance is due 14 days before the event. Current payment arrangements are confirmed directly with Light Brite.
Promotions
Promotions and special school rates are subject to availability, distance and event restrictions. Offers cannot be combined.
Venue and weather
Clients are responsible for securing venue permission, safe access, adequate space and power. Outdoor setups depend on weather protection, level ground and safe electrical access.
Digital galleries
Private galleries are generally available for 90 days. Clients should download the files they wish to keep during that period. School gallery access follows the school-specific privacy process.
Rental agreement controls
The signed rental agreement contains the complete service, cancellation, rescheduling, image-use, liability and dispute terms. If these website terms conflict with the signed agreement, the agreement controls.
